However, it still does contain the much debated CREATE2 function:
Unreal that will be introduced, an opcode, that violate the fundaments of the blockchain itself. Ethereum will become mutable, every time you will use a contract deployed after Constantinople you will need to check if the contract uses Create2 somewhere. Imho a really bad move

But definitely in the sense of "dead" contracts this changes things, but only our idea of what "dead" means on Ethereum, and I don't see that as a bad thing due to the upside of what the opcode brings 🙂
